The Off-Plan Real Estate Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing activities of off-plan properties in Dubai. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills to assist in managing the sales processes, client inquiries, documentation, and coordination with developers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining client databases, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems.
- Process sales agreements, contracts, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with legal teams and developers to ensure all agreements and paperwork are accurately completed.
- Monitor and report on sales progress, milestones, and payments for off-plan properties.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure that all necessary documents are collected, filed, and stored according to company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of contracts, transactions, and related paperwork, ensuring compliance with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
- Assist in processing payments, deposits, and refund requests related to off-plan sales.
Marketing and Promotional Support:
- Assist with the execution of off-plan property marketing campaigns, including online listings, social media promotion, and event coordination.
- Monitor and update listings on property portals, websites, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all channels.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain an organized filing system for property documents, client contracts, and other essential paperwork.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, project progress, and any related activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a real estate administrative role, preferably within the off-plan property sector.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact with clients and developers professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
