Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role will include to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation. To manage social media platforms, optimize the website for search engines (SEO), create engaging content, and execute targeted email campaigns. Closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, you will analyze data and performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure the properties are effectively marketed to potential buyers and renters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs and social media.
• Create property listings and promotional videos to showcase properties effectively.
• Optimize website content for search engines and manage campaigns to enhance visibility, drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
• Create and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with potential buyers.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to foster community and audience.
• Segment email lists to target specific audiences, design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads about new properties and market trends.
• Analyze lead generation strategies and utilize digital marketing tools, techniques to capture and convert leads
• Conduct market research on consumer behavior and trends in the Dubai real estate market while analyzing website and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales agents to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide them with relevant materials and insights to support their initiatives.
• Build relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand visibility while attending real estate events and networking opportunities to promote properties.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to legal standards and ethical practices.
• Manage website updates to keep it user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and visually appealing, and add chatbots to improve customer engagement and support.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Understanding of the real estate market and consumer behavior in Dubai.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM techniques.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Certifications (Optional but a plus):
• Digital marketing certifications from platforms like Google, HubSpot, or Facebook.
• Specific certifications in SEO and PPC advertising.
