The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing property management, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Property Management:
- Oversee the management of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the company’s standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to address issues promptly and efficiently.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to address potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and property management.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing tenant and client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and tenant retention.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate operations, property management, and market dynamics in Dubai.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
