Job Description:

As the Property Manager, you will be a key player in expanding our property portfolio, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your role will encompass relationship building, market analysis, and collaboration with property owners to enhance our property management services in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting property owners, landlords, and developers to expand our property management portfolio.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, utilizing market research, networking, and other channels to identify potential property management clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored property management solutions.

Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, coordinating with property owners, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional service.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about the real estate market in Dubai, identifying trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.

Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment in business development strategies and seamless onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.

In-depth knowledge of property management practices, regulations, and industry trends.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Relevant real estate or property management qualifications preferred.
