Established in Dubai at a tipping point of the industry, to create an impact in a market which was just evolving empowered by a joint effort of the public and private sectors, aiming to change the perception of the market and market players.

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Property Management Department. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to identify and acquire properties for exclusivity, expanding their portfolio and strengthening their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Prospecting:

Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition and assess market trends, competition, and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to target property owners, developers, and real estate agents for exclusivity agreements.

Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Generate leads and opportunities for exclusivity agreements through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare and present compelling proposals to property owners, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our company for property management services.
Negotiate terms and conditions of exclusivity agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.

Collaboration with Property Management Team:

Work closely with the property management team to assess property suitability, evaluate potential risks, and develop customized management plans.
Facilitate seamless handover of acquired properties to the property management team, providing necessary information and support for successful onboarding.

Market Expansion and Brand Awareness:

Continuously identify new opportunities for market expansion and geographic growth, seeking out untapped markets and emerging trends.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand awareness and promote our property management services

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or real estate acquisition, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of property management principles, real estate market dynamics, and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for lead tracking and management.
