Job Description

o Develop and implement efficient promotional tactics for properties available for rent or sale in the market, optimizing their exposure to prospective clients.
o Identify and compile a list of tenants or buyers through active prospecting.
o Conduct thorough market research to determine the optimal pricing strategy for properties, staying informed of current market trends and competitor activities.
o Skillfully negotiate lease or purchase agreement terms and conditions, including purchase or rent prices and other details, to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
o Keep clients well-informed on new listings, market trends, and transaction progress, fostering a strong and trusting relationship throughout the process.
o Manage the transaction process from initial inquiry to closing, diligently ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and resolved.
o Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of property listings, client interactions, and business transactions, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
o Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional services to clients, streamlining processes and optimizing overall satisfaction.
o Proactively provide clients with insightful advice and stay up to date of market conditions and industry trends, positioning yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable resource in the field.

Requirements

o Successfully pass a real estate licensing exam administered by the Dubai Land Department. The exam will assess your knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
o Required Age: At least 18 years old.
o Professional Qualities: Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage time and work independently.
