Marketing Manager – Job Description

Espace Real Estate was established in 2009 and has gone from strength to strength to become one of Dubai’s leading brokerages.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will report directly to our MD and will supervise a small team of creatives. An ideal candidate will have had broad exposure to different marketing elements such as: copywriting, PR, social media, advertising campaigns, branding, formulate marketing strategies, SEO etc...

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives while ensuring alignment with the company strategy, direction and objectives
Responsible for planning marketing campaigns to target different customer segments
Measure and report performance of campaigns and assess these against goals (ROI and

KPIS’s)
Develop creative and original communication strategies
Monthly marketing calendar along with a schedule of social media posts
Adhere to a standard look and feel for social media posts with standard templates
Manage and update the company website as well as all Facebook pages
Manage and respond to all online client reviews
Create and monitor all press and press communications
Create and monitor all advertising material
Create a strategy for Linkedin and post accordingly – monthly calendar
Supervise all layout designs for mailshots, brochures, sign boards, posters/ flyers
Oversee the development and production of all marketing and promotional material
Oversee the collection, evaluation and analysing of customer satisfaction through market

research
Assess Espace opportunities, risks and strategic positioning compared to competitors
Responsible for developing and promoting our brand both nationally and internationally
Develops adequate policies, procedures and processes for the department to maintain efficient

operational excellence in order to achieve overall strategic objectives
Responsible for team performance and for ensuring that everyone within the teams meets the

set targets and deadlines
Create and manage marketing budget
Manage internal and external events as needed
Set and review targets with the Managing Director and Operations
Responsible for weekly team meetings
Responsible for reporting and providing reports on a periodic basis

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or similar
A minimum of 6 + years in a marketing function and at least 2+ years within management
